Alcohol service is available from 11am to 1:50am daily. The Infinity Bar, located on the Casino gaming floor will serve alcohol from 9am to 2am daily. Non-alcoholic beverages are available 24-hours each day.
Are children allowed on property?
Children are permitted on property but must be 19 years of age or older to enter the casino gaming floor, the Avalon theatre or OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino.

Are there any age restrictions to attend concerts?
Yes. All ticket holders must be 19 years of age or older to attend concerts and shows at the Avalon Theatre, unless otherwise stated. While the OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino is an all-ages venue, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket.
Are cameras allowed at concerts?
No. Camera and recording devices are strictly prohibited.
Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase?

How many seats are in the theatre?
The Avalon Theatre has a capacity of 1,559 seats. The OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino has a capacity of 5,000 seats.
Is a wait list compiled for sold out shows?
Yes. Beginning at noon on the day of the performance an attendant is available at the theatre for patrons who wish to be included on the wait list. Patrons are required to be here in person to be included. Patrons are then asked to return 45 minutes prior to show time and if tickets become available they can be purchased at that time.
Can I get wheelchair accessible seats, and where are they located?
Yes. Patrons can request accessible seating only by contacting the theatre box office, or contacting us at 1 (888) 325-5788. The accessible seats for the Avalon Theatre is located on the Mezzanine level, Section MR4, ML4, MR5 and ML5. If you only require one wheelchair seat, the person accompanying you will be able to sit with you. Please note: Requesting accessible seating can only be done by contacting the theatre Box Office and are not available through Ticketmaster.
Do you offer hearing assistance equipment?
The Box Office has battery operated hearing aids available, free of charge, and on a first come first served basis. A valid driver's license must be surrendered to the Box Office when signing out the hearing aid and will be returned once the aid is signed back in after the show.
Am I able to book complimentary tickets at the box office?
No. Complimentary tickets can only be booked online using your My Momentum account, over the phone by calling 1 (888) 325-5788 or at the VIP Services Desk on the Casino floor.
What is the procedure for picking up complimentary tickets?
Complimentary tickets can only be picked up the day of the performance. Tickets can be picked up starting at 12 noon up until one hour prior to show time. TICKETS ARE NOT GUARANTEED LESS THAN ONE HOUR PRIOR TO SHOWTIME. On dates with both matinee and evening performances, tickets for matinee performances can be picked up starting at 12 Noon on the day of the show. Tickets for evening performances can be picked up starting at 3PM on the day of the show. Tickets are given out on a first come first served basis. Only the person whose name the tickets have been booked for can to pick them up. Valid government-issued photo identification as well as a Momentum Card will be required for tickets to be released.

How many tables do you have in your Poker Room?

Casino Niagara's Poker Room offers 18 tables and will be open starting April 1 Noon - 4am daily.
Due to the demand, the vast majority of our games offered are various forms of No-Limit Hold'em starting with $1 to $2 blinds, $60 minimums and $200 maximums. Texas Hold 'em, Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo and 7-Card Stud are also offered upon demand.

Can I call ahead to be placed on a Poker Room waiting list?

Is everyone eligible to win a prize?
OLG is required to restrict several classes of individuals from playing or winning prizes, as mandated by our regulator, the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). This is consistent with the public’s expectation that these classes, including those who are underage and self-excluded, should not gamble at a Gaming Site.
The classes of persons not eligible to receive a prize include:
- An individual under the age of 19;
- An individual that has been restricted from accessing the Gaming Site or gambling at the Gaming Site as a condition of a court order;
- An individual that has been excluded from the casino by the AGCO;
- Officers, members of the board of directors, or partners of the Supplier responsible for the operation of the Site;
- Registered gaming assistants of the Gaming Site operator at any Gaming Site operated by that operator;
- Registered gaming assistants of OLG;

We offer ample on-site self-parking in a covered parking garage. Access to the 1,500-space structure is simple, the entrance is conveniently located on the main driveway of Casino Niagara.

Do you offer Sports Betting?
Casino OVER/UNDER, Casino ODDS, Casino POINT SPREAD and Casino PROPS are not available as OLG no longer offers them for wagering.

How can I be entitled to a complimentary room night stay for my birthday, or other promotions?
The complimentary room promotions offered to Genting Rewards Card members are based on selection criteria that are automatically set by the membership system. Qualified members will be notified via SMS or E-News.
We encourage members to flash their cards at gaming tables, slot machines, and food & beverage outlets in order to earn Genting Points, as this will allow the Management to extend the appropriate invitations to members.
Is it possible to extend the validity of complimentary rooms, change hotel room entitlements, and/or upgrade the hotel room type?
No. The complimentary room is not extendable or exchangeable. Kindly utilise the complimentary room within the specified period.
What is the objective of awarding the complimentary rooms?
Complimentary rooms are meant to reward Genting Rewards Card members in conjunction with different occasions and activities. We offer different types of entitlements to members and strongly encourage them to redeem and utilise these. All offers are updated and controlled via our membership system.
Must I redeem the entire package if I am invited under a complimentary promotion?
Yes. All complimentary vouchers must be redeemed at any i-Kiosk prior to utilisation. You may choose not to use your complimentary vouchers on the same day. However, you need to utilise the vouchers before the expiry date stated on the vouchers.
I’ve misplaced my complimentary voucher. Can I request for another one?
No. We regret to inform that any complimentary voucher that is lost or stolen will not be replaced.
What are the charges for international shows?
The prices of our international shows vary depending on artiste and seat location. Genting Rewards Card members may enjoy discounts on selected shows and concerts.
What if I didn’t turn up for my complimentary stay, does it have any penalty charges?
Yes, however charges do not apply if room is cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the date of arrival. Failure to check-in will be considered as a no-show and a penalty fee will be charged.

What if I don’t have sufficient points for the penalty charges?
Yes, however the room will be reserved under Non-Guaranteed and held till 6pm. Failure to check-in to your complimentary entitlement will be considered as forfeited.
