These are one-roll wagers, which involve betting that 6 or 8 will be thrown before a 7. When winning, Big 6 and Big 8 bets pay even money. However, players are recommended to avoid them altogether because they have a shockingly high house edge.

How to play craps

If the shooter lands on 2 or 3 the player wins, if the shooter rolls a 7 or 11 the player loses and if the shooter lands a 12 the player’s bet is returned to them, also known as a push. If a point is thrown, players should follow with a Don’t Come bet which pays out if the shooter lands a 2 or 3 on the next roll, and 12 results in a push.
